What is PMS? (PMS Stands For)

PMS stands for Provincial Management Service — a competitive exam conducted by provincial public service commissions like PPSC, SPSC, KPPSC, and BPSC. It recruits officers for provincial administration, revenue, and secretariat posts. PMS is similar to CSS but managed at the provincial level.
